That gap is what this site is about.

The Vault Post is notes from real migrations: import tests on live data, documented edge cases before anything gets written, and a running log of where vendor documentation falls short. Coverage focuses on the switch experience for small teams: what moves cleanly, what requires manual cleanup, and how long things actually take once you're past the setup wizard.

The site is written for marketing, ops, and project management people handling a lot of logins without a dedicated IT function. Reviews come from a marketing ops perspective: paid subscriptions, real production stacks, and no IT department to hand the migration off to.
